Let’s include a nod to the flowers you always buy each other, a hand-crafted monogram with your initials interlocking, the lace pattern of your grandmother’s wedding dress, or a nautical chart of where your wedding will take place.

Let’s design an heirloom, and then employ our wide ranging printing and fabrication capabilities to make it not only meaningful, but memorable.

The bespoke wedding and event design packages* are fully-custom and include concierge-level communication, expert advice, and thoughtful leadership from day one. We listen to our couples, their families, get to know them, and translate their story in a way that feels true to who they are and the wedding experience they’re hoping to create.

* minimum investment for a bespoke project begins at $3,200, though a typical budget which includes a save the date, an invitation suite, and all day-of paper goods is between $5,000-$9,000.

the process

  • Connect

    Our collaboration starts with an inquiry form, followed by initial consultation call. In this meeting we will get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss your ideas and expectations for your wedding paper goods, determine what your specific needs are, the ideal timing, and establish an investment range for the pieces to be created so we can suggest appropriate swoon-worthy print and fabrication methods.

  • Propose

    Once we’ve chatted, you will receive a formal proposal outlining the scope of the project and anticipated costs. When you’re ready to move forward, you will receive a contract and invoice for your non-refundable retainer. Then we can move into the fun part - design!

  • Design

    This is where we really dive into the details. We’ll connect again to chat more in depth about the invitation design, graphics, and overall aesthetic, and assemble wording and inspiration.

    You will first be presented with sketches of several different directions the design may head, so that you can get a feel for the final product. Once you select the direction that feels most true to your vision, subsequent rounds of design will include high-fidelity mock ups of each piece to be created. We will further refine each piece until we have landed on the most absolutely perfect design. Revision rounds are unlimited, but we usually land at about 3 rounds.

  • Create

    Relax, you’re done! The studio will now bring your designs to life by calling on our talented network of trusted print and production partners to do what they do best and create that magic on paper.

  • Share

    Once your pieces are printed, and your envelopes are addressed, we will assemble your suites and either send them to you to stuff seal stamp and send, or we can handle all of that for you in the studio, and send you the extras, so all you have to do is wait for those replies to roll in.
